1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of the EFLEWIS COMPANY, LLC website and the digital templates sold on it ("Service"). By using the Service or purchasing a product you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance

Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to make a purchase.

3. The products

We sell downloadable PDF templates containing affirmations, encouragement, and similar written content. Files are delivered digitally after successful payment.

4. Licence

On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print, and use the templates for your own personal or internal team use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the templates as your own product.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
  • infringe the intellectual property of EFLEWIS COMPANY, LLC or others;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the Service (malware, scraping, probing).

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, and templates remain the property of EFLEWIS COMPANY, LLC. The licence in section 4 does not transfer ownership.

7. Service level

We work to keep the Service available and error-free, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free operation.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.

9. Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or create a security or fraud risk.

11. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties. Our aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
