How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or reply to the receipt email you received from Paddle. You can also contact us through the site and we'll help you get it sorted.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your licence to use the associated template ends and any downloaded copies should be deleted.
